Join AnneSophie, Charlotte, and Claire in Haramara’s magical setting—where jungle meets ocean—to unplug, drop in, and reset. Through daily yoga, connection, creativity, and reflection, and plenty of time just to be- we’ll explore the Niyamas and how these timeless teachings can guide us both on and off the mat.

The Niyamas are personal observances to cultivate inner discipline and positive habits.

They include:

  1. Shaucha (Purity)

  2. Santosha (Contentment)

  3. Tapas (Discipline)

  4. Svadhyaya (Self-study)

  5. Ishvara Pranidhana (Surrender)

The Niyamas invite you to approach your practice with intention and self-awareness. They remind us that yoga is not just a physical practice but a pathway toward greater clarity, purpose, and peace.

What to Expect:

  1. Morning: A strong yet fluid functional movement practice with guided meditation led by AnneSophie in Haramaràs panoramic yoga Shala surrounded by nature's oceanic sounds.

  2. Mid-day: Claire will facilitate diving deeper into our exploration of the Niyamas through guided reflection and journaling, intentional connection, artistic expression and optional, additional movement & breathwork practices.

  3. Evening: a yin/restorative practice led by Charlotte

Free Time:
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Haramara—a sacred Huichol Indian word meaning “Mother Sea,” the source of everything. You’ll feel her powerful presence and healing energy as you take the time to simply be and undo. Raked daily, the paths throughout the retreat center invite a deep connection to Mother Earth, allowing the bareness of your feet and the rhythm of the crashing waves to guide your journey of self-reflection and inner inquiry.

While the retreat is rich and intentionally immersive, there will also be spaciousness—moments carved out for rest, exploration, and integration. During your free time, you may choose to:

  • Walk on the beautiful beach

  • Lounge beside the infinity-edge pool
